"My puppy loved the technicians and experience of all things getting the mats cut out of her fur. The techs commented when asked how she did, they saying she wanted hugs. Now, I've heard that other dogs react with aggression at times. They were timely and followed the session up to make sure I got all that was needed. Very satisfied."
